This week's recipe is our delicious Cricket Powder Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad. This meal is tasty, healthy and nutritious, and you'll actually be excited to take the leftovers to school/work!

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 small container cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups rotini, cooked
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp Näak cricket powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Brush the zucchini, red pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill the vegetables on the barbecue until they are tender and darkened.
- Cut the roasted vegetables into 1/2 inch pieces. Toss the pasta, vegetables, oil, vinegar, cricket powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
