BIOGRAPHY

After 20 years of a sedentary lifestyle and smoking, Aroa decided to change her lifestyle. She started running to avoid falling back into the bad habit, and now it has become her way of life. The mountain has given her back her life. Fortunately, she feels that she can help others because, without expecting it, she has become an example for other people.

What is the best piece of advice you've ever recieved?

Face your fears. Our fears hold us back from doing what we want to do, prevent us from achieving the best of ourselves, and thus close the door to the true path to happiness. Success is for the brave. The best way to chase away our means is to look them straight in the "eye" (imagine it's a wolf) and run towards them with determination. Believe me, it will run like hell. Only free of fear will you be able to give 100% of your capabilities.

What's your greatest source of motivation when the going gets tough?

Never forget why I run and compete. And above all to remember again and again that no one is pushing me to be there at this moment. I have put myself in that situation, and I alone I am perfectly capable of getting out of it.

What are your favorite Näak products and why?

I would say my favorite Näak products are : caramel macchiato bars, apple and maple syrup puree, and chocolate wafle. After trainings and rest, nutrition is the most important pillar of my performance.
